About Tai Chi Shibashi

This form of Tai Chi was devised by a Chinese Doctor specifically to revitalise the mind and body. The form consists of 18 seemingly effortless exercises that warm the body and joints whilst cultivating a sense of deep relaxation. Tai Chi Exercise is relaxed movement that focuses on the stretching of the smaller muscles, tendons, ligaments and encourages tensions in the body to soften and release. Within a short amount of time your attention centres on your breathing and movement disconnecting you from the day to day stresses of life.
